Overall good company to work for. Good 401K and benefits package. Pay is average, but becomes below average due to inability to "jump" higher than a few percent even with added work or new position or grade level. Workload is high making work/life balance below average as well.

Strong safety culture and majority of individuals work together well.

Employees spread too thin, overloaded. Address the workload by hiring workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload has increased substantially while pay has lagged behind. No way to substantially increase your pay even if you are willing or have already taken on the added responsibility. Hurts morale when you feel they would hire someone off the street at a higher pay than a dedicated employee.
