Bonnie is clearly invested in improving the lives of the employees in NA and she is working with NALT to improve benefits. I also appreciate the female representation in NALT. This shows the company truly values diverse leaders.
I appreciate that we have moved more towards sharing in informal ways with groups like Common Grounds and Seek and Solve. We have a lot of knowledge spread out in our company and it feels good when we share it.
Most people are happy to meet new colleagues and connect virtually now. It makes the company feel more personal when things are moved off email to a quick face to face Teams chat. My team is also regularly giving me feedback and encouragement when I do a good job.
I appreciate that PTO increases every few years. This keeps me motivated to stay with the company. I also appreciate that the bonus structure was changed to be based on the results from the full company - which makes is more fair when certain markets have up / down years.
