What makes you most happy at work?
accomplishing my task and projects and working with others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My package is awesome, I have health coverage, life insurance, 401k and a Bonus. I love working for Evonik
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is pretty small right now and we are requesting additional FTE's So the best thing i can say about my team right now is that everyone is working really hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest the leadership Team is overall pretty good. Personally I have a lot of respect for Bonnie Tully. She is down to earth and is doing a great job driving the company.
