I find Evonik to be a very complex company. Because it is global, things are always very complicated. To get one thing done, you have to go through several channels and not always clear how to get that done.

Help each other when the other person is busy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees needs. Not pile so much work onto one person. Give praise and perks to keep retention
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being more at a mid point. I've been here several years and am at the lower end of my pay scale. Will never catch up to mid point.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm involved in too many projects and get overwhelmed and frustrated. There is constant change which can be a positive thing, but with Evonik, it's happening way too often. You finally get used to a system or a way of doing things, and then it changes. And not always for the better.
