Friendly, reliable, hard working, cooperative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom to complete the work without being micromanaged and the understanding that priorities change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I cannot say much as I do not know who they are. I am glad we are still in business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation/raises have not kept up with the cost of living. Others in the same position are making more than me with less experience and similar reviews. A raise.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The lack of transparency and feedback. Lack of prioritization from upper management until the last minute with the expectation to execute flawlessly. Expectation to go above and beyond but Evonik, the company, does not go above and beyond for employees.
