I am new here, but overall the experience is positive. There are a few things that Evonik could do better though, some the processes in place seem a bit untested and cumbersome.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communications on what the company's overall goal needs to be better. Coming from a big oil company to Evonik, it seems that Evonik is still trying to find its identity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its hard to compare benefits when I've spend 15 years in Big Oil. It would be nice to have the same perks, but I understand that Evonik may not be able to compete at the same levels as the oil majors
