
If this question relates directly to North America as was the description in the first question, then overall I have had a very positive experience working for Evonik. I have a great deal of respect for the North American leadership. Not so much the case with the German leadership team.

I work at the Mobile site and the leadership at the site knows the importance of team building. They offer several events throughout the year to bring employees and their families together to get to know each other and build relationships. This is so important in creating a team culture.
