There are people who will look out for you. There is no cursing.

i get to develop people and help them improve our team and their jobs.

When I get left alone from Germany and other "helpful" people and i can just get work done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be consistent, don't approve projects that drag our ROCE down and then communicate that we need higher ROCE projects

Stop blaming other leaders about poor ROCE. instead, look in a mirror and realize they cause the problem when approving large projects like PISA that are not financially attractive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to streamline and reduce all of the initiatives. it is too many and we are not effective. Provide better resources, e.g. media pack (ppt slides) with a consistent message about the extra money given for mobility classification reasons. We should all say the exact same story.
