Be consistent, don't approve projects that drag our ROCE down and then communicate that we need higher ROCE projects
Stop blaming other leaders about poor ROCE. instead, look in a mirror and realize they cause the problem when approving large projects like PISA that are not financially attractive.
Need to streamline and reduce all of the initiatives. it is too many and we are not effective. Provide better resources, e.g. media pack (ppt slides) with a consistent message about the extra money given for mobility classification reasons. We should all say the exact same story.
