My time with Evonik, last summer and this summer so far, has been terrific. The people I have been able to interact with and learn from have helped to strengthen my knowledge and network as a whole. The experiences I have had such as the different projects are another strong source of learning.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to learn something new each and everyday whether that is from other coworkers in the department, my mentor, or my supervisor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are more than willing to answer any questions I may have as an intern, whether that is about the company itself or their own personal experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure that any information you may need is readily obtainable and put you in a position when you start in the company that you are able to succeed from there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a good balance between personal interactions and work interactions. This helps in getting to know my coworkers better both personally and on a professional level, and in turn helps to make any work I am doing more efficient.
