ITs been challenging as I started immediately prior to the Global Health Pandemic. However, I have adjusted to this and been able to work with colleagues from around the Globe to accomplish tasks.

It is diverse - I deal with different topics daily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The impromptu conversations that occur. Have established some good working relationships.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity of many people who have different ways to solve a problem or address a concern.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My job is unique as I am autonomous. Allows me to do my job within the established timeline. Has been supportive with my actions as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired at the low end of the pay scale. With my broad experience was expecting to be in the middle pay scale. I do not feel undervalued. Only answered that question accordingly.
