This company burns people out due to the stress of the CMO business. The labs are old and in need of repair. The lab works with old technology and programs with no sight of updating. Although the company pays well and the employees are amazing, I feel I am not working towards a future or a real goal

The people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are kind and and easy to approach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has very smart members to learn from. They work hard and are easy to get along with. They make the stressful environment more enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of working safely is the most positive. Although, it leads to unneeded spending. Coming up with cost savings while other individuals are spending in the name of safety seems counterintuitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe there should be more PTO due to the stress of this job. It burns people out. Only getting a half of a raise per yr does not make me feel valued or that I am working towards a promotion. I feel like I am going through the motions every day.
