Great for entry level positions/operations/administration, but stagnant on raises, benefits, and promotions regardless of PM ratings once on an established career path for many years.

The culture is fluid and seems to be open for positive changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WFX has not been addressed yet and pay is less than offered sight unseen at other CMOs through LinkedIn almost on a weekly basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the work I do contributes directly to quality product for the customer. I understand the value of the work I deliver and are confident that we are World Class in many aspects of our site.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work Life Balance specifically with WFX scenarios regarding jobs that are capable of supporting this structure. Losing employees to other CMOs that offer this and greater pay for equal job skills will create a great divide in quality of employees retained.
