Company support when workers go the extra mile. For working thru Covid we got a free meal. That's it. My previous workplace was always finding ways to make us feel valued
It seems when Lilly owned us we had engineering support and we worked with them to improve our processes. Our dept. had 3 engineers and now we have one how works from home.
Giving pay raises that do not keep up with inflation is not a good start. We want the top prospects but pay raises do not indicate this. Our plant is falling apart but the leadership team seems to put priorities on profit and not keeping plant functional.
