Staying busy and feeling like I made a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is very little "busy work" and a lot of real work being done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a senior person and am content with my pay. I don't believe that is as strong with the <10 yr people. They have a harder time seeing long term financial success.
