What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team work, Team work, Team work while being understaffed and under trained.
What makes you most happy at work?
Troubleshooting, problem solving equipment and process related issues. Making other peoples jobs easier through clear instructions, procedures, work instructions and job aids.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always trying something new to build and grow with less than needed staffing across the site. They do a good job managing with less than needed financial support from above.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have continued to take on more responsibility outside of my job description while being rated high year after year, but the raises are less than desirable. I continually work outside of my responsibilities while being rated high year after year, but still only halfway in my pay range.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While being one of the most under trained, under staffed, under paid teams in my career, we still seem to achieve company and plant site goals. At the end of the day, we get it done while maintaining a safety culture and knowing that we are making life saving medicine.
