My team is great, and the work is fine. But the company culture needs to change; employees are expected to work hard to help the company achieve its goals, but the compensation and ways to make the employees happy are lacking. Even scheduling for vacations are not fair.

No fun, it seems like the company focuses on profits at the expense of fun events
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct manager cares about our work life balance, but I do not feel the upper management does
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
sometimes I feel we are expected to work over our paid 8 hours and not get compensated for the "over" time because we did not get pre-approval, and when it comes down to us getting things done and want to leave a little early, it is frowned upon.
