It use to be a great company to work for but it has become mediocre! I use to not mind coming to work but at this point I am on medication and fighting episodes of anxiety.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The job pays the bills so it beats being unemployed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees need to be taken care of! A 1.5% raise is better than 0 but then they wait for two months for it to take effect and do not make it retroactive from the original date.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Example (PANDEMIC) We had several of the same people off several times and were paid to stay home two weeks at a time. Why were the employees that were doing their jobs through out the pandemic given bonuses or extra vacation days? It kind of makes you feel under appreciated!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am on works well together. The problem is the younger generation has no work ethic so the work load is heavy on the older employees. The ones carrying the load get no compensation for doing so but the company has made it so much easier for the new ones to get raises and promotions.
