Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The incremental increase has low percentages and the growth should be automated by either moving the employee every three years or change the title to appreciate the provided services and spending hours or OT while working during PTO times with increases. By doing this will provide a cross training

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Needs to focus on gaps that reduces the work load and the work flow and ensure employees are not loaded with projects and expects turn around time to be fast. Leader ship should work with all areas and pay attention to details to avoid the loss of professional and skilled employees.
