Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation is based on a chemical company and not a pharma company. This leads to staff retention and on boarding issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality culture needs to be improved and financial constraints are preventing us from providing client support for critical functions. Due to salary constraints, it is difficult to retain and / or acquire solid talent. The site needs to be treated like a pharma company and not a chemical company.
