I think the work experience and opportunities are good. However, the team aspect in my group is just not there for me. There is no onboarding and no real interaction between team members. Work seems to be very individual and isolated.

I like my direct leadership team because they care about developing me. Beyond my supervisor and manager, I am not in contact with other leadership members

Management seems to be close with each other. It looks like at some level, there are people who are close at work that aren't in a lab environment.
