The pay is good for me because I have been here many years. The starting pay needs to be higher and the newer employees need to advance the pay scale faster. We lost a four year employee to a job that paid 3 dollars an hour more starting and will top out at 10 dollars an hour more in 18 months.

Acknowledging that the essential employees kept this company going during the pandemic. Working overtime to cover employees on quarantine. Zero reward or recognition. The BTV has stories about employees that worked from home and what a great experience that was. Total tone deaf messaging.
