I don't even know who they are.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401k match program. filler word.

More fequent free food always brightens a day.

I do not feel rushed.

What makes you most happy at work?

Good coworkers. Overtime is usually optional rather than forced.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are very friendly. There is very little conflict between peers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing. Who is excited to get up early and go to work?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I understand our benefits are very good, but at the end of the day my take home pay is lower than I feel it ought to be.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to have less of a top down approach. Drop programs that are a waste of time that everyone hates ( B-safe, 5S, operational excellence belts). These are programs are designed to make upper level management look good, but are only a nuisance to the employees they directly involve.
