Pay is good for me, but I'm not sure it is good for everyone.

Develop more of a family atmosphere. Establish common goals. These are hard to accomplish.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm getting older and tired of re-organizations. Many times I have no idea what other people are responsible for.
