I enjoy working at Evonik. I just wish I saw better pay for the maintenance department. We want top talent, but aren't willing to make the money match it. We need to look at some type of apprenticeship that allows people to top out after 10 years at Evonik in maintenance.

I honestly don't deal with them much, so won't falsely provide information.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at my salary range I'm not at even 85% of my range and I've been in the position for almost 4 years.
