Unknown, very little contact with the leadership team. My manager and Supervisor are fantastic though.
An across the board raise helps the lazy employee get a raise but does not help the people working hard to better the company, product, safety and work environment as a whole. If you are a better working that is trying harder you should get better merit that a daily lazy employee.
