Similar to other big companies, there are great and not-so-great things that go on. I think the one-on-one relationships at this company are so great. I have met smart, kind, and wonderful people here. On the other hand, I get frustrated by bureaucracy and internal politics.

We are international and multi-cultural, even though it's inconsistent throughout the company

I have coworkers who are also my friends, so I enjoy working with them

Everyone is kind and means well. Nearly everyone I've met in my years here cares about each other as people.

I truly believe that everyone I've worked with has good intentions and a good heart. No matter the work task, I have found everyone to be kind and caring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some within the leadership team really "get it" when it comes to employee well-being, engagement, and retention. They understand the experience employees are going through and fairly balance that amongst the different stakeholder groups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even if I disagree with some of their decisions, my leadership team works quickly to address the most critical issues. This was clear during the pandemic. We had company guidance that was often much clearer that public health authorities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As big as the company is, the individuals are really kind. I know that if I need to reach out to someone I've never met before, it'll be received warmly. And maybe turn into a casual coffee and workplace friendship.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have had, and am currently having, some of the best personal and professional development in my career. I have several mentors I can turn to, and each of them has helped me become a better person on my own. I've learned to be self-reflective, tackle complex problems, and learn my limits.
