What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better communication and better opportunities to advance or transfer to other departments that better suit my abilities and background.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that nobody above the supervisor knows or cares much about anyone who doesn't work in an office. And I feel there is to much "GOOD OL BOYS CLUB" when going for promotions and job transfer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
better pay and benefits . with working thru the pandemic and not from home I felt I was more at risk and the company said we were profitable and they appreciated our work and commitment but did nothing to really show it.
