The PTO is pretty generous, especially for someone just starting their career - we get 16 days and it goes up every 2 or 3 years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the opportunity to make a significant contribution, despite being at the beginning of my career (2.5 years). Knowing that I will be respected for my ideas by all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone understands that personal life and health come before work life. Most people seem to have a healthy work-life balance, and that is supported all the way from the top.
