Openness, Honesty, Sharing of the Firm's Position on Key Worldly Items (e.g. Racial Tension Within the US)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Two items. Having a maximum out of pocket for health insurance that is reasonable. A very successful 401K offering
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a challenging task well and getting recognized. A "good job" is all I need but it is much appreciated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While the company is a little late in regards to some things (like diversity in the workplace) it is trying to "catch up" as quickly as it can
