Would rate the company decent to good on benefits and very very negative on work/life balance. Overtime has been way to excessive over the last 3 to 5 years. We are required to take a minimum of 4 days a month which leaves us with only one full weekend off a month.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I guess asking us to help get good people with this being a tight labor market then giving us the smallest raises ever the last 2 years doesn't exactly mesh.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My shift is pretty decent with t he exception of a few (12 on a shift). Other shifts and building have very very questionable hires and retained employees. Many put forth very little effort and do not contribute much if anything to the companies success.
