There is a lot of bureaucracy and a constant drive to have things done instantly which is literally impossible

The willingness to jump in and help. Would be a lot better if people actually had time to work on things.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fight for work-life balance. Understand that there are differences between the US and German markets, industries and workforces that should not just be ignored. The amount of people that don't take PTO is extremely unhealthy and at may sites it feels that we only receive the negative side from corp
