Their is no team work and training is terrible. Attitudes are getting worse because everyone feels as if they are not appreciated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop treating the essential worker as 2nd rate. Everyone is getting the same raise no matter how hard they work. It makes the work environment very low on all levels.
