waste of over 20 years - very regrettable. Has made me feel no longer pro-German. Sorry to say but the Germans treat others as inferior and it makes non-Germans dislike them as a whole.

They need more motivation, they have little due to the culture and the lack of proper management
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stops at the top and all the attempts are purely for appearance and not to actually change anything, very misguided
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
much more trust, trust , trust and much less micromanaging. Way too many useless procedures and too many managers who are unqualified and constantly moved around without ever gaining any true knowledge of their craft.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if I was paid just the average based on industry surveys for someone with my responsibilities and achievements. My manager told me to "divorce" from the company and said I would never be paid adequately. He agreed that I was underpaid based on my performance
