Traveling to customers, conferences, and international sites at Evonik. Also, being able to interact with colleagues from different countries and continents on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation (and title) does not match job performance and is inconsistent from peers who share the same responsibilities. Recommend to increase dialogue to advance high-performing employees earlier and ensure remuneration consistency (especially after acquisitions).
