The culture at this plant is in such disarray there is absolutely no comradery. The management in Weston is not interested in keeping there present workforce by way of there actions.
I'm asked daily to do more in less time. I take on tasks on my own that benifits the company and was told directly by the company we are not worthy of more pay and we should be fortunate to be working at Evonik.
