Treat hourly employees like humans and not cattle.

there is nothing positive about the culture at the Weston site.

the management team needs overhauled or different way of thinking about its employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The culture at this plant is in such disarray there is absolutely no comradery. The management in Weston is not interested in keeping there present workforce by way of there actions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm asked daily to do more in less time. I take on tasks on my own that benifits the company and was told directly by the company we are not worthy of more pay and we should be fortunate to be working at Evonik.
