Speaking specifically of the team in North America, I am proud of the direction and attitude towards people and understanding the diversity of individuals required to move the organization forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think positions are not graded and evaluated appropriately. It is very difficult in the region to get a fair grading and representation. Colleagues in Germany in similar roles are graded higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is supportive and willing to spar on topics to help me think through issues and topics from a different perspective. My team members care about me and we push each other to be the best!
