What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make decisions that affect the employees together as a team. Then these decisions and plans are presented openly, to the entire Business (B/L).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Performance Bonus is a significant part of my whole annual compensation and is based on the performance of both the entire Business and me personally.
