Solving a problem for a customer. I also really like the people I work with.

Everyone works well together. A real sense of team tackling a problem. Highly professional group of people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are hard to come by and when they happen they are limited. If an external candidate and an internal candidate have the same qualifications the external would be hired at a higher salary than the internal candidate. Evonik gives low raises and expects you to be happy your are employed.
