Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no stock options, the pay in the US has moderate to low increases that doesn't keep up with inflation. I think the company could be more creative with compensation. Spot bonuses, broader recognition, different ways that could be used to motivate and retain employees
