It is a nice place to work where I can learn new things and develop new skills. As a result, new products are developed which is quite rewarding.

They appear to make improvements and keep thing going.

The fringe benefits are good and affordable. The retirement benefit is generous.

Learning new things everyday and applying these to the future. Overcoming a challenge.

It's a nice place to work without a lot of drama or toxic behaviors.

Everyone is interested and motivated about the work. It's easy to talk to the team and achieve our goals.

Everyone is motivated and it is easy to complete your work. People challenge you to be better and improve your skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand that RDI is the future of the company, and investment in RDI yields the products and company of the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work on developing new products and solving interesting problems. My role is intellectually stimulating, and I really enjoy learning new topics/skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has a small company feel but the resources and management of a large company. Power is not centralized which avoids many of the causes of a toxic workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market outlook for 2020 was adjusted due to the pandemic, but the KPIs set before the pandemic were never adjusted. The bonus was low as a result despite all the challenges of 2020 and the good performance of the company. Raises were poor despite high inflation in 2021.
