There is a very good communication from leadership + board. Some of them are available for Teams meeting and Q+A which is great.
I think Evonik is getting behind in terms of updating Compensation + Benefits. We used to be a benchmark in micro regions and we are not anymore. Some people are not fairly accessed in the EG grade level and some others are not fairly accessed in the comp ratio inside the grade itself.
