I think Evonik has GREAT people. Right now I see company going to mix directions, not having a clear future path. I also think Evonik is a SOFT company that goes in opposite directions on the 2 core values Performance and Speed.

I see some people very committed and dedicated to the company, people really interested in bring value and results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a very good communication from leadership + board. Some of them are available for Teams meeting and Q+A which is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Evonik is getting behind in terms of updating Compensation + Benefits. We used to be a benchmark in micro regions and we are not anymore. Some people are not fairly accessed in the EG grade level and some others are not fairly accessed in the comp ratio inside the grade itself.
