What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is thorough and always wants to do the right then, even if it means more work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hybrid work from home system has been well received by leadership, allowing employees in support roles a nice balance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Previous problems and incomplete projects over the years were ignored until they reached the point that they can't be ignored, now it's fix the last 10 years of incomplete work right now, with no additional resources.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There feels like a disconnect between the sites and NA leadership, then again with NA leadership and Germany Leadership. The plants and R&D centers are the lifeblood of the plant, spend more time understanding our needs and support them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Found out I was put in the wrong pay grade when hired and was told my previous experience did not matter. Earliest company might promote me to the proper pay grade given my experience and responsibilities is next year, if then though. Site isn't fighting for me.
