watching out for each other and working together in a team environment vrs traditional working environment that most companies have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication is horrendous managers and executives need more schooling on how to be better communicators , also quite giving plant manager roles to people that know nothing about the process it doesn't help anyone!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are on the bottom of the scale compared to other companies in the area, would like to see more options to increase or decrease your benefits and also an increase in things like eye wear, and things like a nutritionist added. Pay increases need to be more standardized less personal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
poor communication, poor managers, need stronger managers that work for the plant not just to climb the corporate ladder and cut budgets to look good. The company needs to quit looking at the bottom dollar and focus more on how to improve what we already have to make things run longer and better.
