I enjoy the work but, I have had to get a 2nd job to make the same income i used to make selling cars. this is not what i expected to have to do after 6 years of working here.

I look forward to seeing my coworkers everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team and communicate exceptionally well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am worried that Evonik has not kept pace with my area's coast of living increases.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to understand how to properly train new operators, and how long it takes for new operators to become self sufficient. Also we start our contractors out at $15.40 per hour. The local carwash starts out at $16.00 an hour. It's hard to recruit top tier people that way.
