My immediate coworkers have good personalities and are fairly easy to get along with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The handling of the Covid thing has been less than desirable. Allowing people to work from home has killed morale among those of us that have to come to the site. No one should be allowed to work from home...it doesn't work!! Get everybody back on site!!
