What did you like most about the interview process? The Senior Associate was not rigid, and made it comfortable to engage in the interview conversation. I enjoyed it, actually!
What makes you most happy at work?Autonomy, flexibility in working from home, or taking time to sleep in, but come to office as needed, and take care of all my work duties in-office in my own time/schedule. I can plan things in my day like a doctor's appt or running an errand, usually, when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Flexible, down to earth, listen well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Manager is non existent until there is a problem
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Nothing could be done because Exponent only needs bodies so they can bill more time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Company requires charges to be high and counts on lower ranked people to sacrifice their time. Cheaper and more reasonable work would help customers feel more appreciated.
