The company would benefit greatly from a more delegated and trust-based management approach. Allowing team leads and managers to have more autonomy in their projects can improve efficiency and morale. It's also crucial for the leadership, especially the CEO, to recognize the importance of a healthy
Pay attention to your mid-level managers, you have set a great culture and practices on the high level, so make sure they are applied in the lower levels. Demand an honest culture of feedback, make clear the demands and expectations, and give room for people to talk without prejudice.
