What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers are slowly pulling out and therefore workers are being laid off
Improve communication and be more lenient on certain things
Lack of quality. Lack of leadership, inexperienced management. Lackluster attitude about production struggles.
Faurecia should have passed on their acquisition of AP Automotive Systems.
HR must have respet for the people
