None competitive rates, you pay more in medical than you save
Plumbing counter sales have less liability and responsibility than the installers and get paid the same. I have 8-12 hrs experience and someone with no experience offered more. Wry unbalanced and no career path offered to any employees at this level Spvsr never provided feedback. Horrible comm
Very little financial incentive for front-line employees. Only salaried employees are bonus-eligible - difficult to grow your income unless you're willing to fight tooth and nail and have the right people in your corner.
