Too many people get away with calling out too many associates work hard it's necessary it's work hard and don't get recognition for it while people that slack off don't get in any trouble at all

they are ok but don't get to manage their shifts like they want and need to be managed

been with the company for some years now and work hard to be the best and make the same as people that don't do anything
